I was told I need a copy of a work order, when in fact I did not, being that the work order was electronically sent. The employee became belligerent and tried to denied me medical testing. Only after calling the manager did I find out that the work order was sent and the employee was in the wrong. Why such games? I decided to visit the other LabCorp on Eastern Parkway, where I had no trouble. LabCorp Management should terminate employee for trying to deny me medical testing.
