I have been waiting for an hour to get my lab done. There is no one behind the front desk, yet the door is open. This place is horrible.
Gave us bad information. Wasted two hours waiting to get nothing done. Rude receptionist
Save yourself the time. Go to a different lab. The person at the front desk this morning was very absent minded or poorly trained or both. They required me to leave and print a paper copy of my lab request, only to remember that I could have emailed it after I spent 30 minutes getting a printout. They needed help entering the labs into the system. Then they handed me a copy of the lab request and said "this is your copy" when apparently they meant "leave this with the phlebotomist in room 2".
