The people here are nice but they are terribly understaffed. Walked in at 8am and there was 1 employee in the building. It's not fair to the employees to have no support.
I am usually a very tough stick. I was in and out of here in less than 10 minutes; The entire staff were polite, quick and efficient. The phlebotomist Sharesse Ross was phenomenal. First time in my decades of bloodwork somebody’s gotten me on the first stick. She was fast effective, polite, and very gentle. I left with absolutely no signs that I had bloodwork, which again is a first. Sharesse Ross is the best and I hope Lapcorp knows it!!!
I had a very important test done here and they forgot to put my information on the test before they shipped it out and the provider voided the blood sample. Beyond frustrating, extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning or recommending this location.
Neither of the two staff in the front greeted me at all when I was called up front. Upon going into one of the bathrooms in the facility, I was displeased to find that there was no soap in the bathroom. I’m not sure if that’s supposed to be like that or not but to me, that’s disgusting. The toilet paper was not cleanly distributed in the bathroom either, it was literally just sitting on a random surface in the bathroom and there was barely any left. Better staff are needed ASAP! My mom & I came from Mercy medical center in the same shopping center & we stood there with NO help for over 20 minutes looking at empty receptionist desk! My mom only had a question so I we thought it would be a quick in & out process but nope! The staff could be heard on the opposite side of the wall laughing the entire time as we just wait!
