It was extremely busy at the lab. Akia T. as able to multi-task very well. She was very pleasant despite being very busy and custor excellent mers not being respectful of other customers. Chakisha D. phlebotomist had excellent skills and was ready quickly for each client. She was extremely personable and friendly. staff is rude. despite that fact i was told an appointment would be benificial i am still waiting, now 20min past. the receptionists and lab techs are sitting around gossping. only 1 receptionist and 1 blood tech. this is what happens when you put just 2 monkeys together, NOTHING gets done
The staff is great especially Keisha been going there for years!
