Completely understaffed. LabCorp actually pay your employees please. I wasn't able to check in until I verified my doctor’s office sent over the order, and there was no one manning the front desk for over 20 min. I called the LabCorp Burbank office over five times before someone finally picked up to help me at the front desk, and when someone did pick up, I was yelled at and told to just check in and wait, even though I did not have the verification necessary that I was able to get labwork done that day. $14 parking, no validation - 2+ hour wait even here 1st thing in a.m. (arrived within minutes of opening) for routine mandatory Basic lab work - dear god
Workers are friendly, easy walk in too.
I had a great experience at this Labcorp location. I was a walk-in and was seen within a very reasonable amount of time. The staff was kind, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The phlebotomist did an excellent job—quick, painless, and clearly very skilled. Everything was handled smoothly, and I was in and out without any issues. Based on my experience, I’d definitely come back for future lab work.
