Front desk customer service is terrible. They all have attitudes for no reason & they acting like they don’t want to be here. They all take lunch at one time. Which causes more than 5 people waiting, & at this time & day we are suppose to be social distancing.
The employees are so disrespectful in this place. I had to wait an hour for my drug test because all of them went on their break At the same time . Like how can everyone go on their at one time. WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Never again
I honestly think all the people who have a problem with the service are just individuals who don't know how to do things themselves and are uneducated. It's a simple process and you don't need the staff to smile at you and hold your hand while they are taking your blood. Have some respect for the fact that they are essential workers and are working by themselves and are obviously understaffed. They are busy and people are complaining for simple things and noticing EVERY LITTLE THING like if the employee smiled at you or not.... read more
