I was a little nervous after seeing some of these reviews but my experience couldn’t have been better. I was a walk in and it was quick, painless and efficient. I can frequently be a “hard stick” but that was not an issue here. She grabbed my vein on the first try and I was in and out in a few minutes.
I was expecting the worst after reading the reviews. I arrived at 8:15 and was out by 8:30. There were 4 people ahead of me. Staff friendly. Very pleased with the service.
Often have to wait 30-60 minutes for a simple blood draw. I have been going monthly for 2 years at this location. Not many other options, as they seemingly have a monopoly. Employees are understaffed and overworked, which seems like a LabCorp theme. The staff are GREAT! The tools they work with are lackluster.
AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COSTS, poor processing and directions to patients is half hazard at best. Been here twice now and I’ve decided to cancel my labs and go to a different doctor entirely, waste of time and money.
Very slow, over an hour wait for a simple blood draw and not ability to estimate the wait time. Very disorganized and not especially clean (yes, in a hospital!)
