I was told that they deleted my lab order because it was sent to a location that closed. I was also told they can’t even answer the phone to answer questions due to short staffing. I had to drive 18 miles to my doctors office because of their screw up. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Rude, long wait time, no consideration for peoples time, do not text you to say your next you have to wait in this small room .

I am very upset. Didn’t get my blood work done because the woman working the counter was rude and disrespectful. I came in at exactly the time that I was scheduled for, checked in five minutes prior, and waited thirty minutes just to have them not call my name. When another patron noticed that I had been waiting for thirty minutes she asked the woman about me and the woman threw me under the bus saying she called my name and nobody came in. Very Long review… I never do reviews but this place really needs to train the front office what customer service is. I myself work as front office and would never treat pt’s the way these people do! I know what mean pts are and know the pt is not right all the time! Yall would not appreciate it if you were in these pt’s shoes!
