They only staff with one person and the last 3 times I’ve come here (with an appointment), there has been a sign on the door saying closed, will reopen on X date. Last time the X date was the day I was there! No notification to those who had appointments. Labcorp runs their business in a manner disrespectful to customers, their time and money. It’s ridiculous that they can send me a text reminding me of an appointment but not one letting me know the place is closed.

They don’t answer their phone! And when they answer, they hang up immediately. Their job is so easy but they cannot answer the phone. In front of the computer label the specimen or withdraw blood they don’t even register the patient because patients are the one putting all the details in the system.

Parking is actually free if you’re quick enough, did a walk in appointment and was out within 5 minutes. Take the stairs on the south end of the parking structure to the sixth floor, takes you right there.

I don’t leave reviews often but felt compelled to today because this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at any labcorp location. I don’t think anyone enjoys getting their blood drawn but the hispanic lady who was working this morning (I wish I got her name because she was SO sweet) made it super quick, easy, and comfortable. She could tell my anxiety was super high and offered to let me lay down while getting my blood drawn which I never knew was even an option because no one had offered that to me before, but it made... read more
