The technicians were very friendly and helpful. But seriously overworked. There were only two of the there to check patients in and do the collection. Shame on Labcorp for not having more staff.

Fast and easy@
I had an exceptional experience with Esmeralda at Labcorp and I truly cannot thank her enough. After recently having surgery and spending two weeks in two different hospitals, I was already extremely traumatized from repeated blood draws. Just this past Monday, I went to urgent care for pre-op clearance for another surgery, and for an hour and a half they tried unsuccessfully to draw my blood. Esmerelda was kind, courteous and asked if I preferred a butterfly needle or a straight one. No phlebotomist has ever given me that choice. She is handling front-desk tasks and drawing blood all by herself at this location. And due to staff shortage at times they have to close earlier than pisted timings. The space/lovation is clean and neat and there is a water fountain. I had an appointment and it all went great. Please be patient with these folks as they work through staff shortage.
