Female patient wearing head covering was forced to remove her small head scarf before drug testing. The patient was also wearing a bulky sweatshirt due to cold weather, but was not asked to remove the sweatshirt, but the head covering must come off for “policy purposes” ???? If you are of Muslim religion, this lab with violate your rights, “per policy”. 🙄

If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD! Currently sitting here been waiting 50 minutes so far to take a pre employment DRUG test! The rude lady at the front desk is saying it would be a 2 hour wait. This is absolutely ridiculous considering the fact that I have to USE the bathroom. How long does it take to walk in use the bathroom and go? No fair to the patient. I’m so upset. I’m considering leaving.

We arrived at 11:52 AM only to see a sign saying "be at lunch until 1:30PM. Who the hell needs that long to eat?

I am currently sitting in a lab corp in Austell Ga. I have been here since 8:20am, it's now 8:48am and not one person has come out of the testing area or gone in to testing area. Receptionist says "she" had to step out, don't know who she is. But someone came out of the back shortly after I got here and had time to fill up her water bottle. Ive gotten blood tests here every 4 months for the past 4 years and it's like this everytime, like there's no respect for our time. I am sick of it.
