Dont waste your time coming to this location. The people are rude and unprofessional. Go to the the lab Corp across from the mall.
Came in nervous after reading past reviews about difficult blood draws. Unfortunately, we had the same issue today. The first technician struggled to find my child's vein, causing a lot of stress. My child felt dizzy and nauseous from anxiety and lack of food/water. We almost gave up. Thankfully, a second technician stepped in, switched arms, and found the vein immediately. The rest went smoothly. Better training is definitely needed. A heads-up for other parents bringing kids.
The Indian lady who drew my blood took it from my wrist because my veins aren't always easy to get. I didnt like how hard/rough she inserted the needle. Please be more gentle next time and with others.
