I am rating this a 1 because there disrespectful and they don’t pronounce your name right
I choose this location because when my husband went there and was happy with the service. But when I went the person who drew my blood dug around my vein and then had to stick me twice. This is wild for me since I never have issues and usually I am praised on how nice my veins are for drawing blood. I am not sure if she was new or just didn't care but I am not bruised and my arm now hurts.
I would had done 5 stars but a incident occurred where it dropped my rating. The front desk was polite and fast on getting me situated, but when the tech called me in I could tell something was off with her so I didn't worry about it. She first drops the needle on the floor and tells me to make a fist and she felt annoyed but I wouldn't until she replaced the needle she then decided to throw the needle into the bucket that all the test tubes in it and got a new needle and then I made a fist.
