Everyone was so nice, from the intake to the phlebotomist. I had 3 kids (one who has ADD and ODD, so needless to say hates any needles) who hate getting their blood taken and not only did it go nice and easy but we were out of there within an hour, blood tests and urine tests. Our app times were 10:30, 10:45 and 11. We were out of there before 11!! I don't know why they have such bad reviews, I will be returning every and any time anyone in my family needs bloodwork!!
