If I can give this place zero stars I would both those girls act like this is not a job they spent 20minutes in the back just talking well there were multiple patients in the waiting room. They need to be retrained and taught how to speak to people they act as if this is not a health care job and can be disrespectful and loud. Definitely if you can avoid it do it
My wife, family and I have been going to this location for years. I walk in the door and it’s like”Norm” like the show cheers… I make my appointment, go in and out no problems… except for today … I had made my appointment to the wrong location, didn’t know there are two in Delano now … they fixed it … Love these girls and always look forward to seeing them… Go Dodgers 🤭
Do not go here, worse customer service ever! Both girls were very rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. Does not care about customer care, I felt bullied.
Everyone in that office is just amazing and so kind.
