Cannot get the lab results after repeated phone calls! Cannot reach an actual person and messages are not returned.
SOOOOOO SLLLLLOOOOWWWW!!!!!! It's pathetic because they take the people with reservations first but they take forever to check people in and so if you don't have an appointment you'll be there forever (even though there are two people behind the counter it seems like there is only one person doing it). Waited 40 minutes before my name was called. Go to another LabCorp if you can.
Firstly, let me say kudos to Nirisi for the awesome job that she did in taking my blood she was quite enjoyable to talk to! That said, the first time I went up on February 21st my hard copy of blood work was there, and the women in the front couldn't seem to find it in the computer and had me screenshot it and email it three times to no avail. My husband has an appointment coming up and I have been trying to call all day to make sure that they have received his orders. I’m currently on hold as we speak and it’s been 38 minutes. I have attempted multiple times to reach them.
I recently had utilized services at Labcorp in Herndon, VA, and my experience was excellent. Especially Fadya was superb, proficient, willingness to address any questions and provided exceptional healthcare service. It was impressive and I didn't experience any unnecessary delays, and the service was smooth.
