This is a great place. It's not hard to sign in and there are definitely signs that tell you what they need you to do. I felt listened to and I was in and out. Don't follow other people's reviews that are just negative. All their reviews are negative, the other people's I mean. This place has clear instructions and they are very quick.
They were 25 minutes late for my appointment and the first woman who tried getting my sample popped my vein after missing my first time. The second guy got it on the first try and didn't pop my vein. Don't come here :/
This place is a an absolute mess. Needed to get blood work done on short notice, otherwise I would have made an appointment a long time before. I checked and confirmed that they were open on a Saturday morning and confirmed that walk-ins were ok. When I checked at the Front Desk I clearly explained that I did not have an appointment. They said that was fine, have a seat. I’m honestly not sure why this location has so many one-star reviews, but my experience was easily five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Despite the waiting room being somewhat packed and thought it would take long seeing the waitlist, the process was impressively smooth and I was brought back in only about 15 minutes.
