Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns voicemails. Parking is terrible. No numbers in buildings. No clear paths. Main entrance doesn't work. So you have to go through the side entrance. No air conditioning. No courtesy or sympathy, as a person in a wheelchair this is the worst "care center" I have ever been to.
Came to get my bloodwork done at 3:05 pm since the other Labcorp was closed. Hours say open til 4pm. Person in front of me was also there for bloodwork. They were not busy. Front desk lady turned him away and told him they were only taking appointments. He asked to make an appointment and she was dismissive and told him to scan the QR code and did not offer to help. Very frustrating to be turned away, especially when I left work early for this.
Worst Lapcorp I've been too
Never been at this location before, and the directionial sign wasn't helpful. The check in room is tiny, and people blocking kiosks machines to self check-in was fun. Put the kiosks in the waiting room!! The latina, who checked me in was stressed out (I'd be worse than her), and yet, she was nice. Jasmine, the vampire, who drew my blood was so sweet and funny.
