I made an appointment for 8:30 in the morning. I got there at 8:15 and was told I would have an hour to hour and half wait. That is absolutely crazy! I understand maybe 15min or half hour but an hour wait with an appointment??
They could not tell me if my blue shield insurance was good to cover for it because only billing dept handles that, however, they could but DID NOT want to call the billing department or send an email, just a waste of time and horrible customer service this time.
Their office hours say until 4:00 pm. I got there at 3:55 and was turned away along with 4 other patients because they didnt want to help us and create more work for themselves. Shameful I have a serious cardiac condition and took the bus to get there only to be turned away
