Nicole is Great! My daughter needed blood every 3 months for testing. Her vains roll so it was a nightmare until we found Nicole. I had to get blood work done a few weeks ago. I love the New look inside. I found the girls name that took my blood but I did not even feel it. I was not nervous. She talked to me like i was a person not a number. We had a few laughs. She is very sweet and kept her cool with a rude patient. I will never go anywhere else if i can help it.
