First they got my insurance details wrong and sent me two bills. then I updated my information, the claim was approved by my insurance company on the 21st, and I received the two bills again in the mail on the 24th, the bills were issued on the 18th so they may be outdated. But their phone service is closed for the day, and their website only shows data last updated on the 19th... they are inefficient and have lousy customer service.
