Im going to assume people who complain about the wait come on Saturday. They're very busy on Saturday's but that doesn't mean they don't keep up. They move at a decent pace and work you in between their walk-ins to the best of their ability. They work expressly fast in the context of how many people show up. The staff is always courteous and very kind with handling your appointment. Don't give them a hard time.
Had an amazing experience at this location. I got in next day and there was no wait around 1pm. The phlebotomist I worked with was so friendly and super gentle. Highly recommend this location.

Do NOT use this lab if you value your time, money, or health. I had lab work done on March 9th. Ten days later, my healthcare provider called ME to ask if I had even gotten the labs done yet — because this company never sent my results. TEN DAYS. For lab work that my doctor needed to make decisions about my care. On top of that, I was charged approximately $180 out of pocket, which they claimed was my amount after insurance. Never had an unpleasant or unfavorable experience. I see other patients roll up in there like they just rolled out of bed wearing their pajamas. Didnt bring any ID, nor lab requisitions or blood work orders. Do yourself a favor and - look in the mirror and brush your teeth before you leave the house, go down to the store and buy yourself a clue before ya head to a medical facility. ¿Like ya have to be told?
