Very bad service, you waste too much time
Patricia was the best! Very kind. Waited less than an hour on a Saturday. I expected to wait at least an hour and was surprised I didn't have to.
The lady at the lab was kind and did a good job with my draw; the issue lies in the fact that I still have no results and it's been over a week and two days since my test. Also it's just a simple thyroid panel nothing crazy. Even my doctor was amazed when we spoke, that I don't have results back yet. When I've gone to Quest, I get the results back within two days ALL THE TIME. I'll never return to Labcorp even though they're closer to my home--I had to cancel my doctor's appointment because I still don't have labs to bring i... read more
It’s called “Labcorp Express” but there’s nothing express about it. People sitting for long periods waiting for their test. Why have appointment times if they have absolutely no intention of seeing people at that time? I see a lot of replies from the company saying that “feedback helps them improve”. They’ve commented with that multiple times, but I see no improvements over the previous complaints. Turns out there is only one person working who is the receptionist, phlebotomist, administrator….
