It’s called “Labcorp Express” but there’s nothing express about it. People sitting for long periods waiting for their test. Why have appointment times if they have absolutely no intention of seeing people at that time? I see a lot of replies from the company saying that “feedback helps them improve”. We had an appointment with Labcorp in Hinsdale on Friday, June 13, 2025. We were greeted by Patricia with professionalism, there was no wait time. My brother and I appreciate Patricia and Latrice patience, friendliness and diligence-it's always been challenging to draw blood from my brother- they succeeded. Thank you!!
This place has no respect for customers. closed before closing time on 05/24, even when we got there 5min before noon and knocked at the door, nobody showed up. Then at 11:59, we heard a lady saying we are closed. Is that how it supposed to be? Very disappointing. I hope your boss knows you closed before the time you are expected to close.
I was nervous to go upon all of the bad reviews! But my experience was totally acceptable. My appointment was at 1130, I checked in via my phone at 1115. I got a text 5 minutes later that they were ready, I went inside and was heading back out at 11:28! All finished before my scheduled appointment. The space was clean, not modern but also nothing to complain about.
