I brought my daughter to this Labcorp location for an important blood test, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff failed to collect the correct amount of blood needed for the test, and we were later informed that she would have to return for a second draw. This not only caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for my child, but also delayed her care and wasted our time. The kindness and gentle handling from the staff helps my little girl feel comfortable. It is clean and i highly recommend this place.
Biona the tech did fantastic with my 8 year old granddaughter. It was a great experience and we could not be more thankful.
Technician was nice, quick and even brought me back before my appointment time. Not sure what all the complaints are about, most likely if you're mean to them they will be mean in return. I'd choose this location again. Wish I got the young lady's name to give her credit.
