I just had a very bad experience here. I came to have my blood drawn. The staff member who checked me in was very rude. I told her that my left arm would probably be easier, but she completely ignored what I said and insisted on taking blood from my right arm. And guess what—she failed. She didn’t even apologize, and then switched to my left arm as if the failure on my right arm was my fault.
The first time I went to Labcorp in Goldsboro the tech said they were unable to find the order from my mother's doctor for her blood work. We needed the testing completed soon and I wasn't able to reach my mother's doctor, so I decided to pay for the test out of pocket. I ordered it online through Labcorp's website. Every time I go in for my annual labs, the ladies always take great care of me.
Had to complete pre-employment urinalysis that was scheduled and paid for in advance by my future employer. Kiosk in front successfully scanned my provided QR code and already had my personal informationin it, however, the three ladies working inside could not find me in their system. The codes I was provided in the email from Lab Corp were immediately dismissed as "the wrong number" because their numbers "start with '57'".
