The check-in procedure was poor; poor seating; rude employees; and they copied all insurance cards knowing they did not take BCBS. After a waiting period over an hour, we were informed at the time of the attempted draw that it was the patients responsibility to call their insurance company in advance to authorize their procedure - not theirs.
