The place is dirty and run down and the staff could have better "customer service" skills. There was no incident in particular just the way things run around this place.
This location is awesome! The 2 ladies that were there today were very professional and extremely efficient. My wait time was under 10 minutes and my blood draw was painless!! The phlebotomist was super sweet because I was nervous. Thanks to both of you!
Nice people. But they never sent over my lab results to my doctor's office...
