They open at 7:00am but never take anyone back until at least 7:40. This has happened every time I go. Staff is slow and does not want to work. One time, after waiting an hour and a half, I was leaving and a staff member was out back on the phone while the waiting room was full of people. Incompetence at its best!
Terrible service. Takes easily over an hour for simple blood tests. Bad attitude of the staff as well. Seems as though they could care less. Same experience every time!
Don't try to call the Patient Service Dept. because they never answer the phone. Was trying to find out if they had received a Dr.'s order instead of driving to the Lab only to find out no order received.
The service is extremely slow. They only have one nurse drawing blood. It takes over 10 minutes per patient. To draw blood...
