I had an excellent experience at this location! My husband and I were on our way from New Jersey to Canada and made a quick pit stop for my blood work. I scheduled the appointment just the night before, and even though I arrived early at 10:00 AM for my 10:15 AM slot, the facility was clean and quiet. Nana greeted us with a huge smile and was incredibly helpful. She handled the paperwork quickly, explained the process clearly, and took us back immediately. Don't bother coming in to this location they are horrible since changing staff they are completely incompetent. I was turned away because they where closing in 45mins I offered to send out the blood drawn kit if they just drawing it and I was told to I would have to draw my own blood. They are just terrible Don't bother. Send help or someone how knows what they are doing they cant even get their billing done right.
The supervisor and the lady named Nana are extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to take my daughter’s sample just because the doctor didn’t give me a scan bag but the script was in the computer. The lady literally laughed at me and told me I just can’t walk in there with pee.. that she had no way to look the patient up. She spoke to me as if I didn’t comprehend her and spoke down to me in a manner as if I was not as intelligent as she is. Terrible, horrible experience, the staff is rude and unfriendly. Make sure you get there before 2:30pm because they don't warn you that all testing stops at 3pm. I arrived at 2:50pm and they refused me anyway, despite the fact they close at 4pm. Of all the places I've been this is far-and-away the worst. I cannot believe the unwelcoming and disrespectful attitude of the staff at this location.
