This is truly one of the layers of hell. Recently, my health insurance made the switch that requires members to either have lab work done at LabCorp or pay out of pocket to use a different facility. My 3-hour glucose blood draw was estimated to cost roughly $300, so I opted to save money and use LabCorp. Upon my initial appointment, the computer system at LabCorp wasn't working so they enlisted the "honor system" to know who arrived next for their lab work. It was a joke. Of course it can have long waiting time. Not always. But the employees are all hard working and nice.
Today Carthletta treated me with such professionalism and expertise during my blood draw I had to share the great news. I don't have easy veins and she was able to draw eight vials with one poke! She is an expert and has excellent empathy and compassion. Thank You Carthletta for making a tough situation painless!
Front lady on her personal cell. Claimed they received no order for the second time. After that lady stated she looked through the computer after letting her know it was faxed. She stated she went through her papers and didn’t see anything. Another lady found it after I left. Worse place ever. Didn’t go back asked doctor to send my orders elsewhere
