McDonalds of healthcare
Booked blood work twice online and the whole process of checking in and getting your blood drawn is so fast. Both times took me less than 10 minutes from arriving to leaving. Super convenient and quick.
I am from out of town but needed to get some lab work done. I used the check in kiosk which was quick. The gentleman who helped me was fast and nice. I was a little nervous going to a place I’m not familiar with but would recommend!
Would honestly give zero if I could. The man at the front desk was extremely rude, offered zero privacy and consideration and practically shouting out that I would not have the result of my UA pregnancy test available that day. He spoke to every client checking in with a level of condescension that only a middle school girl has.
