I am from out of town but needed to get some lab work done. I used the check in kiosk which was quick. The gentleman who helped me was fast and nice. I was a little nervous going to a place I’m not familiar with but would recommend!
Would honestly give zero if I could. The man at the front desk was extremely rude, offered zero privacy and consideration and practically shouting out that I would not have the result of my UA pregnancy test available that day. He spoke to every client checking in with a level of condescension that only a middle school girl has.
No electronic fax, no fax number up, no receptionist, probably not JCO certified and compliant, bad. 18 steps and 1000 literal ones just to get a patient through the door.
I went in person, in advance to confirm they could do my kit. When I arrived the day of fasting and tired, they said they couldn't.
