Waste of time! You go in for your appt, and are being told you they never received the script from the doctor’s office. I sent it 3 times to their email right in front of the tech. Claimed they never received it even through I didn’t get a not deliverable email back, AND I received a read receipt email. Came back the next day and they don’t take my insurance and I still had to wait the line even though I had the appt the day before and it was their fault I had to return.

The wait time at the Cutler Bay location is TERRIBLE no matter if you have an appointment or doing a walkin. I've been here three times. Each time the wait was at least two hours.
