The two women working today were amazing. I was nervous to get my blood drawn but they were very efficient and reassuring. I was a walk-in without an appointment, so I had to wait about 30 min but that was expected. Overall impressed with how they managed the long line of people waiting.

First of all, I arrived later than my appointment in the late morning. The receptionist, Derek, was super friendly and professional. The Phlebotomist (the one that takes blood) was super nice and great and clean. I think her name was Dyana, hope I pronounced it correctly! Thanks for great service .
I had a few not so great experiences, and was giving it one more try before rating it and moving on... But apparently the staff has changed and stabilized. I was received quickly and with courtesy from the front desk through all patient care, in a very nice respectful professional and friendly manner. I will be back here for business when medically prescribed or if necessary!
I was nervous coming in due to the poor reviews I saw but overall had a decent experience. I showed up early for my appointment and was told I needed to come in with my lab orders printed. I emailed it to them but they said their email is slow and may take awhile to come in. The front desk employee told me I could wait or leave and they’ll let me know when I can head back once they’ve received my email.
