Showed up slightly after opening time after fasting for fasting labs. They got it.
My physician told me that they faxed my lab work to Labcorp, Mount Vernon, WA and I was also told to call them to make sure they got it. Several days before my appointment, I tried calling them five times, got their voicemail every time and I left five messages with no reply. I had to fast for this blood test so I went to my appointment anyway. The two women working today were amazing. I was nervous to get my blood drawn but they were very efficient and reassuring. I was a walk-in without an appointment, so I had to wait about 30 min but that was expected. Overall impressed with how they managed the long line of people waiting.
Absolutely outstanding clean professional facility five stars across the board people were great in and out
First of all, I arrived later than my appointment in the late morning. The receptionist, Derek, was super friendly and professional. The Phlebotomist (the one that takes blood) was super nice and great and clean. I think her name was Dyana, hope I pronounced it correctly! Thanks for great service .
