Sami refuses to call us back to get blood work done. We were told it will take 30 minutes. It took more than that and I never got called back.
The lab lady's are rude. Ive watched them yell at little kids be super aggressive. Ive also been doing my labs here for years and my insurance has literally never changed. I was in a week ago and they "dont have my insurance" and want me to pay for my labs in full or not allow me to get my labs drawn.
I read the other reviews, I’m not saying a timely response isn’t important but would like to say something about my experience. My 8 year old has HSP and has had to have IV’s and blood work done a lot along with other check ups. She has had others miss her veins and retry. The people in the office and the phlebotomist are great. The company isn’t. I have bad results that require treatment as fast as possible. They didn’t bother sending the results to the ordering doctor. This is happening a lot. Don’t trust this company.
Called ahead to set up an appointment. Was left to an answering service. I left a message with my name and number. I then went online to set up an appointment. After waiting nearly a whole business day I went in to find several people on their phones looking very busy. After sitting in the waiting area I was told I didn't have the requisite paperwork.
