The people in the office and the phlebotomist are great. The company isn’t. I have bad results that require treatment as fast as possible. They didn’t bother sending the results to the ordering doctor. This is happening a lot. Don’t trust this company.
Called ahead to set up an appointment. Was left to an answering service. I left a message with my name and number. I then went online to set up an appointment. After waiting nearly a whole business day I went in to find several people on their phones looking very busy. After sitting in the waiting area I was told I didn't have the requisite paperwork. Always fast and efficient! I have never had so much as a hiccup, and all my results have been received in good time. The folks here are always polite, getting you in and out. Super easy to work with and never has there been much of a wait. I think the longest I've had to sit was 20 minutes, give or take. Great for any labs you need!
