I have been to this location a couple times now to get routine blood work and the staff is always wonderful. The lobby is clean, and the whole process is quick and painless. The ladies are always friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns.
Staff nice, great phlebotomist (hit the vein no pain). Didn't care for my lab orders being discussed across the front desk
I wish I had gotten the lady's name who drew my blood today (5/27/26). I have seen her before. Every time she is the sweetest and kindest person. She is utmost professional from check-in to service. Kudos to LabCorp of Jackson, TN.
Omg! Easy peezy! I went in 45 mins earlier than My appointment. Ms. Michelle asked about my day, my wellbeing in the most courteous way I have ever experienced. Blood draw was painless, and uneventful. I felt really comfortable with the service, and professionalism. Whenever you go to this location, please specifically ask for Ms. Michelle. She is the G.O.A.T.
Miss Michelle was fantastic! She got me back quick and was professional and polite throughout the entirety of my appointment.
