Late Late Late. This place is a joke
This location was great! Made my appt online and was taken right away after I checked in. Michelle was very sweet and professional. She made the experience as pleasant as it could be. Thank you Michelle!
Erica, the sole employee working in that 159 N Star, Jackson, TN location, was professional, very skilled, and pleasant. The only reason why this isn't 5 stars is because there is no client bathroom, and there was no receptionist. Erica was flawless.
I was able to make an appointment online, which was easy to do. I was there for maybe 15 minutes. I went around 9am, which ended up being a good time. I will always recommend going there. I, also, request to go there when I have to get a drug test for work because of how efficient they are.
Terrible experience. Rude and impatient staff member. Would not recommend this facility.
