I understand that it does not take a professional to monitor someone peeing in a cup. I have 2 major problems with this location. 1. The attitude of the staff is horrible. The work ethic is very bad. I arrived at 11:35 am. I had an appointment - and, checking online, their website stated that I could arrive all day. This particular location takes a break from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. Tried to call there numerous times w/no answer. I then did all the paperwork online and scheduled an appointment. However, it said you needed a QR code from a cellphone. I don't use one, so I tried calling them again to see what to do. Again no answer. I cancelled. Tried another LabCorp at a Fast Pace and two techs there couldn't even get blood. Have some real concerns about LabCorp.
At the time of this review, this Labcorp location has a 2.9 rating. That does not make sense to me at all. The lobby was clean. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The lab draw was quick and painless. The staff was accommodating to my children that were present (little kids can be stressed when at places like this). Overall, great experience! Thank you so much!
It was late afternoon and not very many people there. I signed in, no appointment required. The sign in and check in process was quick and easy. The lab administration was one of the best. Quick in and out.
