I called to make an appointment and couldn’t get through. The system offered to leave a message and that I would get a call back. I just need a regular blood draw but impossible to get an appointment or get anyone to bother answering the phone. It’s the same way at Quest. I am a senior citizen and don’t know how to make appointments online. I realize everyone is busy but when you say you’ll return the call and don’t it makes me wonder how incompetent the rest of your services are. 👎🏼
