Waited for an hour to do a basic urine test for a job. When they called my name (there is a check-in stand), they notified me that the attendant was only going to do appointment based testing. Would have been great if you guys had a sign that said that or maybe put that up on your website. I was holding bodily fluid for more than an hour to do this. I'm beyond irate.
Do not come on a Saturday!
Please if you can avoid this location do it at all cost. This is the worst place for you to do anything related to your health, drug test or anything. I don’t know anything about other locations of labcorp but if you need a drug test for pre employment or anything AVOID ARLINGTON HEIGHTS location. I pray for this place to close because even with an appointment the inefficiency of its employees it’s absurd, starting with the mustache guy at the front. The way he disregard the customer it’s so infuriating, insulting.
I had read all the bad reviews and was very hesitant to go here. I was pleasantly surprised!!! This office is very clean and efficient and the staff were friendly. I had a complicated blood draw which was done professionally and easily. I would definitely recommend this location!
