After 2 and 1/2 years going there every few months for blood work today was the last draw. The consistently don't read my lab work which includes how to bill the company for my work since I'm on an agreement with the company. Today I had a very rude person that couldn't and wouldn't understand the instructions of where to build and stated that it was my responsibility. The gentleman who apparently was supposed to draw blood from my baby’s arm looked like he woke up 10 minutes ago. He took us in and was still wearing a dirty street jacket and some sort of head band was hanging out of his pants. He looked disgusting . No gowns, nothing like that. And he is about to draw blood from my baby’s veins. I won’t let him anywhere close to my baby, let alone draw blood from her. This must be some sort of ethical issue in this location.
Great experience! I did my lab work here and everything was quick, professional, and smooth. Ali handled everything himself — from check-in and paperwork to drawing blood. He was very polite, attentive, and professional. Thank you for the excellent service — highly recommend!
I came in with stool specimens. Ingra pwas honestly one of the most pleasant medical staff I have come across in a long time. She really seemed to care and did some some research . This helped me greatly. I also needed blood work. I had another doc appt in a half hour.shegot me right in no fooling around. I was out the door in five minutes. The whole time, Ingra was polite, smiling and happy to help me. She was my queen for the day. She probably is for the week! For example, I have been waiting at an appointment for 55 min
