Over an hour wait for scheduled appointments. Clearly understaffed and unprepared and a complete waste of time for a simple check up
Came for some titer testing required for my doctoral program. The front desk and phlebotomist were kind and helpful. An easy blood draw without any pain or discomfort. I was out the door within 10 minutes of my appointment, so it was fast and easy!
Labcorp Corporate Management needs to get their s… together and hire people. 1 hr wait time is absolutely unacceptable for patients. They need understand how to run their offices- one person should not do 3 jobs at the same time. Extremely disappointing given it’s such a large corporation
Nurses are very polite and working fast pace... but how can you have one person to run the front desk and do blood work... craz.. waiting time is very long, even with appointment
