Rude, not helpful, clearly hate their job and people. Went in for bloodwork, they wouldn’t confirm if they had my order so I waited 1hr20mims for them to tell me they didn’t have it… had my doctor resend, went back the next day. Same rude employees, wouldn’t confirm if they had my order and told me to take a seat. I left.
This location doesn't offer UA testing for employment..if this information had been made available on the site I would have chosen a better location. All other locations are closed...not cool Labcorp!
The only reason it’s two stars is because it was open when it was supposed to be. Front desk personnel was rude and of course they couldn’t find my orders so trip was for nothing
Check in girl was very rude. She told me I had a balance and I responded that my bills are all paid as I had pulled it up on the app. She said you need to pay or your bloodwork will not be done today. I ended up paying because I need the results before my PCP appointment. I requested a copy of the bill to see what the charges were and when she gave it to me, it was a bill for a completely different patient. Serious HIPAA violation also. I made an apt for 1130. I waited in my car as I checked in via the app. At 1138 I was notified that my technician was "ready to see me". I walked in and stood behind someone at the counter and the woman behind counter shouted to take a seat. I told her I was told to come in and I checked in already. She gave me paperwork etc. I'm still sitting here at 12 and the rude woman stated 45 min to an hour for my apt as THEY ARE RUNNING BEHIND. SHE WAS VERY RUDE!
