The staff was really nice and helpful.
Although there were only two workers . Service was quick !! Total time from checking to leavin 10-15 mins tops!
The lady in the back that called me (older lady curly short black/gray hair) in to take my urine was so rude had an attitude with me . Wow this is the second time in Valdosta that a nurse has had an attitude with me from two different clinics .
Walgreens in this region is practicing fraud with regards to saying their covid-19 testing is travel compliant. I'm not arguing with their accuracy, just their timing. If your paycheck requires you to travel with a negative test result within 72 hours by law, look elsewhere. Nothing but excuses. I encourage them to take down from their website anything about this test being used for travel. It can not be used for travel. Use CVS or Walmart if you require a timely PCR test. The lady at the front I believe her name is Pamela needs a vacation ASAP. She’s not welcoming at all and she’s always rude when asking questions. It’s only her and a phlebotomy tech- the place definitely needs more employees! I hate when my job sends me here for testing!
