I had a great experience with the front desk young lady a black woman very polite and helpful. The back staff was rude. I asked a simple question and was given attitude and actually had a back and forth with the MA. Not sure of the mans name but he was hispanic and heavy set. Needs better customer service.
Julie must have been having a bad day. Drawing blood was fine but her attitude was somewhere between unfriendly and rude.
They turn the ringer off on their phone so you can’t call them and don’t return calls. I’m standing right now at the front desk looking at the phone flash but there is no ringing. What is the point of having a phone number then? The front desk lady is extremely rude and unhelpful. This place is a disaster and can’t believe corporate allows this.
If I could give 1/2 star it would be too high of a rating. Terrible service and poor procedures. Took forever just to be told we don’t see your information even though I got a text message confirming that I was checked in and would be seen soon, this was after an hour waiting. If I drove out of the state I would have been seen faster. Definitely skip this place.
No wait, very efficient.
