No matter how hydrated I am...both my arms have "hidden" veins. In all the places I have visited to draw blood including this outlet... had been horrendous. It's usually 6 to 10 pokes on butterfly needle before the job gets done. Yesterday...I found my guy, Chris. He was fabulous.. like no kidding. .the absolute best. 1 poke... that's all it took. I was flabbergasted by his skill n patience. Definitely my to-go guy from now on!! Thank you Chris. U r the best!!
Husband needed to draw blood after his appointment today around 2pm. The front desk receptionist was completely out of hand. Judging him for being confused on what steps come next after paperwork is given. Talking out loud to another customer about him in a negative way. Smacked her lips and treated him like he was scum just because she has a hard life. Front desk lady just stuck here hand out, no eye contact and expected me to know what she wanted. After asking her she smacked her lips and started whispering under her breath about how people don't know how hard it is, and people are so rude. No maam, you're rude. You are in customer service ACT LIKE IT. As I sat down i continued hearing her whine to another customer. People are here to get blood work done for various reasons. Not friendly and don't stick to their posted hours of operation
They don't care about appointments, I checked on early after calling and waited over 25 minutes before saying anything , even thou there was at least 3- 4 staff and only 7 patients checked in and i was the only appointment, all others were walkins. 5 walkins were taken before me even thou their names were below mine on the board and I ended up being seen 10 minutes after my appointment time. "Cuz they were running behind " so total wait time was 35 minutes. Staff was rude.
