Really bad experience with the receptionist. I did have my lab order and she did not want or helped finding it. I returned with my samples and with my order number and did not helped receiving anything. Dont forget your documents. Won't receive any kind of helping hand even when you are not feeling well.
On September 9, 2025, I attempted to drop off a stool sample at this LabCorp location, and what I encountered was absolutely unacceptable. The LabCorp suite door was locked. There was no sign posted, no notice, no explanation, and no communication whatsoever, even though this was during their official posted operating hours (per LabCorp’s own website). The receptionist was very helpful! I made a mistake with a purchase and she guided me on how to fix it, and kept me in queue. As soon as I fixed the issue, I was immediately called back to give blood! Reeva took my blood samples and was so nice and calming, especially after I told her I get nervous around needles. The whole process was quick, I didn’t even feel the needle go in, so that was a plus! Overall a great place if you ever need to get bloodwork done!
No matter how hydrated I am...both my arms have "hidden" veins. In all the places I have visited to draw blood including this outlet... had been horrendous. It's usually 6 to 10 pokes on butterfly needle before the job gets done. Yesterday...I found my guy, Chris. He was fabulous.. like no kidding. .the absolute best. 1 poke... that's all it took. I was flabbergasted by his skill n patience. Definitely my to-go guy from now on!! Thank you Chris. U r the best!!
Husband needed to draw blood after his appointment today around 2pm. The front desk receptionist was completely out of hand. Judging him for being confused on what steps come next after paperwork is given. Talking out loud to another customer about him in a negative way. Smacked her lips and treated him like he was scum just because she has a hard life.
