My wife had open heart surgery to replace her tricuspid valve, damaged in an accident twenty-five years ago. It is a difficult and rarely performed surgery, and during the recovery process she must be on the blood thinner Coumadin to prevent blood clots or potentially fatal bleeding. Had to go in after my child was assaulted for a pregnancy test, lab staff was unbelievably rude, spoke to me and my family very condescendingly, and didn’t send the lab until the next day. We were there at noon and the next day they had still not sent the lab in. A horrific experience, I would not recommend using this facility. They clearly dislike their jobs and have no patience with people, questions, or any kind of customer service. The staff at this location are rude and unprofessional. The wait times are unbelievable. I would ask your doctor to send your labs to Dell Webb, they provide a much better service.
