I made an appointment for my 9 month old online, and no where did it say I had to book for a certain time because they needed 2 staff members available. I called the location to ask about something else and then was told I had to come at a certain time to make sure staff were available.
I have had multiple great experiences getting blood drawn here. Today they took me right on time for my appointment, and the phlebotomist was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled - best blood draw I think I’ve ever had. Check in system is also a breeze
technician claimed that the whole system was down and all appointments are cancelled. no advance notification from their end. incredibly disrespectful to patients.
Great experience coming here for blood work the staff was extremely helpful. I get very nervous with getting blood drawn and the team was outstanding they even turned on a big fan for me and had me sit in a comfy chair. Grateful for the kindness from the team in making my experience pleasant.
I had a very pleasant experience. The tech even went as far to help me with an order that never existed. BIG thanks! I'm returning to labcorp bc of you! No wait time after lunch Location: A bit difficult and far to get to Easy log in with the app and QR code before hand (why can't all places be like this?)
