Easy check in, almost no wait at all, and the phlebotomist was friendly and very skilled, most comfortable blood draw I have ever had.
I never give reviews but I had to come and give Leann at 8am on 3/30 5 stars. I let her know I’m prone to fainting and I was nervous due to bad past experiences getting blood drawn. She immediately made me feel comfortable and it was such a great experience. I truly appericiate Leann’s calmness and professionalism!
Big waste of time going to this lab. Got a lab order from my Doctor but the staff said it was a quest order so couldn't find the codes in their system and she kept taking phone calls from her boss when she should be attending to her patient. This entire lab including her boss is unprofessional.
I made an appointment for my 9 month old online, and no where did it say I had to book for a certain time because they needed 2 staff members available. I called the location to ask about something else and then was told I had to come at a certain time to make sure staff were available. UPDATE: I made another appointment online because I had a similarly frustrating experience with Quest, where they also needed 2 staff members to draw blood from my infant but no where did it say this when I signed up and included my son's age... read more
