I had a very pleasant experience. The tech even went as far to help me with an order that never existed. BIG thanks! I'm returning to labcorp bc of you! No wait time after lunch Location: A bit difficult and far to get to Easy log in with the app and QR code before hand (why can't all places be like this?)
They did wrong test and I called them couple times. Nobody helped me. Now I have to pay another 200$ for another test. Thank you for the customer service.
I literally just got home and rushed to leave this review because I had just the best experience getting my blood drawn (something I never thought I'd ever say as someone who hates needles). I've gotten my blood drawn at clinics, hospitals, and other local lab testing facilities and I always walk away thinking either "Ehh, that was fine" or "Wow, that was effing terrible." This place is unprofessional and disrespectful! I would give them zero stars! My appointment was set for 8:15AM. Technicians did not show up for work until 8:30 AM with their coffee while the waiting room was overflowing with people like me who need to get to work. Technicians started calling people back at 8:45 AM. When it was finally my turn they were extremely disrespectful so I scheduled my blood work for a different lab and suggest you do the same.
If I could give this a -5 stars I would It is the worst company the worst website I tried to sign in And it kept going back to sign in and then it led me to get labs which is a company affiliated with LabCorp apparently that comes to your house and takes blood That's not what I wanted I simply wanted an appointment at LabCorp I tried this all day wasted a half a day of my life I'll never get back You cannot call them You can only message them through their website So far no response has been given to me by LabCorp It's a com... read more
