Just went to this LabCorp. I have to say it was one of the most pleasant and professional places I have been to in a long time. Carrie was the lady that was attending to me. She was helpful, professional, polite, and patient with me. I left my ID and insurance card at home, so she didn’t turn me away…she looked me up and explained that if my insurance number was wrong when I got home to just call and correct it. Horrible experience with lab techs. The lead must was having a bad day but her attitude is horrible. She talks very sharp and is rude. I went to another office for in Stratton and was treated with the upmost respect. I only needed lab work and she behaved as if I was trying to get the keys to the vault. Advice? RELAX or find a new career We are patients not your children!
