I took my elderly mom here for an appointment for blood work. The woman who helped us, Asfah, was very kind with my mom, who has dementia. Thanks Asfah for being lovely.
Very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and rude, disorganized, and did not know how to properly handle clients. Even with an appointment, I had to wait an unreasonably long time with little to no communication. My time was completely disrespected. I would not recommend this Labcorp location.
I’m a hard pick but the person here managed to do it fast and in one shot. Courteous staff. Would recommend.
Asfa was amazing. She was sir professional and helpful and accommodating. She worked short staff but was still very pleasant and the wait time was so short. Lab work stresses me out, but she made it such a smooth and comfortable process.
This is the worst labcorp location I have ever been to. First, finding the location and the parking was a nightmare. They are extremely short staffed and had me wait another 30 minutes for my appointment. I have been to other LabCorp locations, none is great; but this one is by far the worst.
