I just went to Labcorp. Christian was working. She was kind, professional and QUICK! I was in and out of there within 6 minutes. I hope she is ALWAYS there!!!
I also had a bad experience here and am shocked that I have to use a lap corp. I had blood work and uninalysis, said my urine back with slight infection. never had that before, went to Paoli Hospital got another next morning, nothing was wrong. Friend had blood work done, they lost results, tried to charge her with another withdraw. My attitude is I will pay more and continue with paoli hosp
DO NOT GO HERE. I was here a few years ago to get blood drawn and the tech didn't wipe my arm with disinfectant at all before putting the needle in, and I ended up with an infection. I contacted the corporate office to complain, was assured they take patients' health very seriously and would look into it. My workplace's insurance company changed so we had Quest instead for a couple years, but then recently switched back, and my first (and last) time back? Avoid the Berwyn LapCorp it at all costs! It would be worth driving many extra miles in order to avoid this location's incompetent and extremely rude staff. Within the last month, I have needed to return to this location to have the same $1,900 blood draw completed THREE times due to errors on their end. Speaking from someone who is in the healthcare field, this business is truly an unprofessional disgrace. It's not even worth the 1 star that this program made me provide in order to post my review.
