Less busy than the milford street location yet they take much longer to get people in, receptionist was okay to talk to when getting set up. Wait times are about 45minutes to an hour here even with an appointment. I set mine a week or so before going and still left an hour later. Doctor who drew my blood seemed very rushed and treated me like a room needing to be cleared. Very uncomfortable experience in such a vulnerable state; my injection site has been bruised since. Made my appt on-line for Naylor Mill, checked in when I arrived, waited in waiting room. Confirmation text says they will call my name shortly. NEVER called my name or my daughters (minor). Twenty minutes later multiple people have gone and they still haven’t called me. I go to the elderly receptionist stuck to her chair like glue who says we have called you multiple times. I said how? Flaming hot garbage, avoid this place. Hours online are wrong, they open at 7 and not 6am. Even if you show up, you can do drug tests until 9am. How are people supposed to schedule their days when there is no documentation anywhere that reflects this. Lady at the front desk was incredibly rude when checking in. Maybe the one by the college is better.

They do good work and if you make an appointment you can be in and out in a relative flash.
