Had to wait 30+ minutes after my scheduled slot. Also, got some nasty bruising after my draw. I'm fair skinned, but this isn't normal for me when done excellently. I get hardly any bruising, if at all, at Tidal Family Lab in Milford St., Salisbury. At this labcorp, there were 5 draw rooms and only one phlebotomist. I don't recommend, if you can help it.
Hanging out in the waiting room with 18 other people. Every chair is full. One of the 2 automatic check-ins was not working when I arrived. Now, I’m now waiting for my appointment which was prescheduled for 9:00 and it’s now 9:40. They are wasting everyone’s time by over scheduling appointments.
1st time using LabCorp. I've always used Tidal Health labs. The staff at this location were not kind at all. The receptionist seemed impatient and abrupt. The phlebotomist had the personality of the kiosk that you have to check in on. Having to check in using the kiosk including photographing you license and insurance cards yourself added to the impersonal experience. One of the two kiosk was out of order.
