Way better than the location by the college on Milford Street. It was pretty in and out whereas I was waiting almost an hour at thatbother location only to be told they "called me 3 times" which wasn't true. Rude staff and 0 help desk there. The fact that some of the negative reviews for this location describes an identical experience to mine at the other location tells me that those reviews may have been meant for the other location. I get there to take a drug test and they don’t have any what a joke
Attempted to go and get a basic blood panel drawn this morning..waited an hour and a half just to be told the computer system was down..need to go to Milford St. The employees were loudly laughing / bickering behind the counter so the absolutely full lobby of people could hear everything. Very unprofessional. About half the waiting room walked out before or as I was leaving myself.
I have a standing order to get bloodwork done every 2 weeks. I've had to go to different Labcorp locations across the State, and the 2 offices in Salisbury are the worst. The other Labcorps, when I schedule an appointment will take me early if I show up early (usually I'd schedule a 10:15am timeslot but show up a little before 10am sometimes).
