Stellar service and very nice people. Kind faces and nice disposition. Their work ethic is on point
Staff were amazing! So friendly! The tech that did my bloodwork was so amazing she took her time and for the first time she got the vein on the first try. And so friendly
Waiting for over an hour after check in and realized I'm not even on the check in list on a screen. Waited at the window she took my name and told me to have a seat waited another hour I walked out . I could hear them say to call me still no call. I'm done with lab corp . There should be a negative stars review option .
Made my appointment online for the day and time I wanted. Check in at the kiosk was easy. Holly did a wonderful job. She found the vein on the first try without digging the needle around to find it. Bleeding was minimal and there was no bruise afterwards which is awesome bc that's usually an issue for me. Holly was also very warm, friendly, and professional. We had a good chat about books. All around I was very impressed!!!
