Waiting for over an hour after check in and realized I'm not even on the check in list on a screen. Waited at the window she took my name and told me to have a seat waited another hour I walked out . I could hear them say to call me still no call. I'm done with lab corp . There should be a negative stars review option .
Made my appointment online for the day and time I wanted. Check in at the kiosk was easy. Holly did a wonderful job. She found the vein on the first try without digging the needle around to find it. Bleeding was minimal and there was no bruise afterwards which is awesome bc that's usually an issue for me. Holly was also very warm, friendly, and professional. We had a good chat about books. All around I was very impressed!!!
Awful. I tend to ignore or not read negative reviews but wish I hadn't. I had a drug screening. My appointment was at 6am. I wasnt seen until after 7. The wait time was already bad, but even worst was the reason. The reason? They claimed to call my name 3 times which wasnt true. The (alleged) 3rd time they called me back they didnt use my first name and used Mr. Instead of Mrs. There's no way I would know that was me in the seconds I had to respond because my name wasnt right. Attempted to get a simple blood panel drawn this morning..after waiting an hour and a half at the Naylor Mill location, was told the computer system was down and needed to go to Milford St. I get to Milford St. And the lobby was full of people.. I waited another hour to be brought behind the counter, only for the employee to tell me they couldn't manually process my insurance card. This is the SLOWEST lab in Salisbury. Even making an appointment you'll be there for 45 minutes plus. And they take you back and then send you out to the waiting room multiple times. It Just seems very unorganized. Thankfully I found out you can use your lab slips at most labs not just the name on the slip.
