Erlanda San Miguel was unprofessional as soon as I walked in. Not only that, she was UNTRUTHFUL🤥 just to cover a simple protocol mistake on her end. The attitude/service of the staff was awful...
I had a great experience at this location, aside from it being a little tricky to find. The staff was very friendly, polite, and courteous. The waiting room and lab was pristine. I went for a drug screen through Castle Branch for school and the whole process was a breeze.
