Love the Chico facility the girls are AMAZING. I've always had problems with people finding my veins but not these ladies they are very knowledgeable. And one last thing it rarely hurts LOL.
Staff is very rude!
Twice Ived use them for simple urine panel 9 drug screen. Twice they have taken over two weeks to finish same. The first lab took 5 weeks to complete and had no relevance to patient care by then. Completely incompetent, disorganized, non communicative. Never will use them again
I'm glad others have had better experiences. i showed up around 3pm and the front desk person asked me if I had a full bladder. I said don't know.. Front desk lady (FDL): well we stop doing testing at 3 and "we have to stay later if you can't go" I said that's not my problem. Fdl: we won't serve you if your going to be rude. I said I'm just trying to get this done. She looked at my paperwork and said oh, your getting a blood test. The nurse was very nice. FDL should be working in a jail or with lumber not human beings.
My first time here and I couldn't have been more pleased. Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. I always get extremely woozy afterward and they were exceedingly caring and patient with me while I regained my stability.
