There was a sign clearly on the door requiring masks. For God's sake, it is a medical facility. A woman was there without a mask when I arrived. I had to get vocal for them to give her a mask and require her to us it!

Professional and skilled lab techs
The lady was very professional and courteous but she made a mistake by not taking out my urine sample out of the basket before the next guy went in I told the lady privately that shouldn't have happened her response was it has a name on it well I have heard stories of people tampering with the samples. My advice is put a sign by the toilet stating if there is a sample in the basket DO NOT PEE IN THE CUP simple as that, how do I know if the young man that went in behind me didn't swap the urine? They have people at urgent car... read more
