Your upper Marlboro, Md location staff from the time you walk in is rude and lack any kind of friendliness. You are not greeted and assumed to know their protocols for checking in. The lady at the desk disappears for long periods of times. It truly a place where I will not be going back too. It’s not sanitized, hand sanitizer is empty, chairs are not sanitized. Etc... first impressions are everything. It’s define you the lack of customer service for me.
this company is ridiculously unsafe. on Jan 12th I received notification from my doctor regarding lab results. the problem is I NEVER GOT LABS DRAWN! I contacted labcorp twice. The first time I was met with rudeness and told there is nothing they can do. The second time I was told they would take care of the situation and that my name was pulled by mistake. Today I received a bill for someone else's labs that was also sent to my insurance company. And the offices are closed so I can't even resolve the issue. Do you not check... read more

I am absolutely horrified by the experience that I had at LabCorp's Boyette Location in Riverview, Fl.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH A DISABILITY TO GO HERE FOR LAB WORK! An employee named KATRINA @Labcorp was the rudest and inconsiderate individual I have ever encountered. She refused my AUTISTIC son service due to him whining and minimally figuring due to involuntary movements that are beyond his control. They are the epitome of rude and unprofessional. They would not talk to the doctor’s office; they said “YOU need to talk to them” meaning me; they were clearly NOT interested in taking care of my Mom. And we were clearly wasting their precious time because they were clearly not interested in getting the script. The second LabCorp that we had to rush to get to was slightly better, but they were going to close in 15 minutes and far be it from the woman to tell me that they never got the fax that they needed after sitting there... read more
Labcorp Owings Mills location is terrible. Lost my sons specimen in early January. Took it again they said it was unusable because it was room temp. It wasn’t when I dropped off. Now I’m here again to drop off and the girl keeps looking at me. Hasn’t said one word. But has called everyone but me. I’m ONlY dropping off. I will never come here again. I’ll be calling the corporate office and emailing this afternoon. This is unacceptable.
Horrible experience with front desk staff today. Literally had me leave in tears and have never experienced such horrible service and lack of human empathy. In today’s world, life is stuff and they need training in how to treat people. I watched multiple people talked to extremely rude and guaranteed if you called anyone seen today 2/8/21 at the Surprise AZ location, they would concur. Extremely disappointed and will not return to any LabCorp ever again.
There customer service is terrible. The lab tech was very rude. These people do not need to work with people. There have no people skill.
