Made an appointment days prior and still waited over 45 minutes. Staff was not very helpful when patients asked for help.
Went in with doctor's order. The receptionist asked me to check in. Then she told me that she needs another order. Spouse drove back to doctor's office. Got another order. Came back but it's not the one. The staff did not even bother to call the doctor's office to send a fax or send and electronic email. Very rude and unhelpful front desk. Not returning to this lab. They should train staff to be compassionate and ready to assist. They dont realize that these patients are there for labs due to medical issues.
