I've had positive experiences with this lab so far. The staff are friendly, and the wait times are usually pretty short.
The lab tech Veronica has zero personality and she is rude as all get out. I went in for pre-employment testing and needed to use the restroom. I waited for over 20 minutes to be called back when there was only one person in front of me and he was in and out pretty fast. I almost had an accident from waiting on her. She told me to empty all my all of my pockets and said I need to have something to put my stuff in, that I have a box in my car and she said I'm not allowed to leave the the building once in inside. I came in late right before closing due to unforeseen circumstances. Thinking they would turn me away, Josephine took me back right away! She was so friendly even when she had every reason to be annoyed with me. I appreciated so much the kindness and efficiency. I was there for 3 minutes. She drew blood quickly and painlessly! I will be coming here from now on instead of quest. Josephine was amazing as I'm sure the rest of the staff is as well. Thank you, Lab Corp!
