After the first bad experience with the last technician, I went back to this lab months later and was so relieved to get a friendly person at the front desk. This time, however, I sit in the lab chair, ready to get my blood drawn. And I am the first patient of the morning. To my surprise, there is a vial of blood right next to me. Disgusting and unsafe. Will they lose my blood sample or switch it with someone's? I just don't understand why this place is so downhill.
I'm beyond myself on the way I was treated here today. I was pretty thrilled there's a lab by my house, as I receive medical care out of town. I arrived to this lab today for the first time. I register. The man at the front desk states: "I don't have a lab order for you in my drawer." Me: "Hello, Good Morning. I'm sorry about that I didn't know to bring a paper copy my doctor ordered it digital. Can you please look at your computer, because I called your office yesterday to confirm you had it in advance."
