Always fast and friendly service
Always a quick and smooth experience, the employees are very professional and efficient.
They say that they are open at 1 after their lunch break but I was just told they were going to be open at 1:30. It feels like they take lunch when they want
We drove 1 hour and 45 min to our nearest Labcorp facility to drop off a specimen that needed to be refrigerated within 2 hours. Waited 20 min. before we were helped-- no one even at the window. When we told her it was pushing the 2 hour limit, she was very rude and told us to just leave it in the basket. I'm sure it set there for well over the limit! Never been treated with more disrespect. Won't return to this facility!
This place is always a disappointment. Unprofessional, unfriendly, not real clean, doesn't answer phones, doesn't stay open or at least unlock doors when business hours are posted. If possible Don't come here!
