Just awful. No one knows what they are doing. Definitely need to go back to school. Waited 40 minutes Just to leave cuz they don't know codes.
I found it really unhygienic when coming here. From previous pee droplets on the bathroom floor to locking my stuff up in the same lock box which is in the bathroom I’m taking my test in? Strange. Also told to take out the key from the lock box but told to keep it on me as I’m doing my pee test? What sense does that make? I arrived at 9am to do a pre employment drug screening and was all done and back in my car by 9:15, Pam was efficient and friendly towards me, it was a smooth experience all around for me.
ATTENTION: IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH ANY MEDICAL STAFF AT THIS LOCATION YOU CAN REPORT THEM TO THE ILLINOIS STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL & REGULATION AGENCY WHICH ALSO HANDLES THEIR NURSING LICENCE/ CERTIFICATES. I'm a truck driver owner operator of my own company. I came here on 4/9/2026 approximately 2:30 pm for a Dot required drug test.
